I have over 15 years of experience in the mental health field and have dedicated most of the past decade to the study and treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Though, I specialize in the treatment of PTSD, I am also available to help individuals cope with depression, anxiety, self-esteem and relationships issues, and increase motivation for change. My approach to treatment focuses on evidence-based techniques, set against a backdrop of warmth, humor, and non-judgmentalness in the therapeutic relationship.
